With our Non-Fault Accident Service, everything is managed through the other party's insurance. Once the fault of the accident is confirmed, we aim to provide you with a suitable replacement vehicle, usually the same day or within 24 to 48 hours.

 

We handle the damage estimation and submit all necessary information to our Accident Management partner, who handles negotiations with the third-party insurance company.

 

Before contacting your insurance company, give us a call! It's crucial to have:

 

- The registration number of the other vehicle involved

- Name, address, and phone number of the other driver

- Ideally, their insurance details
