STEP 1: CALL YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER AND LODGE A MOTOR CLAIM
Your Insurance Provider will provide you with a claim number and direct you with information on what to do next.
Keep in mind that most Insurance companies have 2 policies. These Policies consist of choice/ no choice of repairer.
This means that if you have Choice of Repairer you may choose where your car gets to be Repaired.
STEP 2: CALL OR EMAIL MOONEE PONDS SMASH REPAIRS FOR A QUOTATION
When booking a quotation with us, please provide us with your claim number and insurance company name.
Prior to your booking, notify your Insurance Company and Nominate Moonee Ponds Smash Repairs as your Preferred Repairer.
This will make the insurance process run smoothly and will fast track receiving an assessment date.
STEP 3: INSURANCE ASSESSMENT ON YOUR CAR
Moonee Ponds Smash Repairs will send our quote and images to your insurance Company.
The insurance company can take 1-2 weeks to get back to us with an Assessment Date.
Once the Assessment date is booked. An Assessor will do a Desktop/Onsite Assessment.
STEP 4: APRROVAL AND AUTRHORITY TO START REPAIRS
An Assessor will send the Assessment Report to your Insurance Company to Evaluate.
Your Insurance Company will then approve Repairs and will provide Moonee Ponds Smash Repairs Authority to Start.
STEP 5: REPAIRS
Moonee Ponds Smash Repairs will contact you and book you in for Repairs!
We will provide you with an Estimated Completion Date and Can Provide you a free Loan Car by your Request.
Once Repairs are Completed on your vehicle.
Moonee Ponds Smash Repairs will complete a final inspection ensuring all repairs have been met to upmost highest quality standards.
We will then contact you to arrange pick up of your car!
